Drag racing returns to Pomona this weekend, exciting fans, drivers - The San Gabriel Valley Tribune

The National Hot Rod Association will again kick off its season with the Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals at the Auto Club Raceway in Pomona this weekend.

Fans and drivers alike were excited to seek and give autographs Friday afternoon, Feb. 18, as qualifying for the drag races took place.

Tickets for Saturday, Feb. 19, and Sunday, Feb. 20, are for sale on the association’s website or by calling 800-884-NHRA (6472).
