Tottenville-Susan Wagner V will have to wait one more day.
The top-seeded Pirates and No. 2 Falcons were scheduled to square off in the PSAL A division softball city championship game Sunday at noon, but the game was postponed due to a forecast of inclement weather.
The game will now be played Monday at Abraham Lincoln HS in Brooklyn at 5 p.m.
Monday’s contest will be the fifth and final meeting — and the rubber match — between the Pirates (19-5) and Falcons (18-3). The Island squads split the first four meetings, including Susan Wagner’s 6-3 victory in the winners’ bracket final last Sunday and Tottenville’s 14-4 triumph in the first game of the championship round on Thursday.
