Beginning at 10 a.m., up to 50 guests per hour – based on the Reopen Illinois Phase 4 guidelines – were allowed to enter the building, with the library offering online booking of time slots in advance. Well before Monday, all of the time slots for Monday were filled, as well as more than half the remaining spots for the rest of the week.
