Ranking Georgia's most exciting future non-conference schedules - 247Sports

Saying that Georgia has been aggressive when it comes to scheduling future non-conference opponents is probably an understatement. Over the past couple of years, Kirby Smart and his football operations staff, led by Josh Lee, have issued a statement. They'll play anybody, anywhere.

It made that statement by going out and scheduling four neutral-site games with three Power Five programs and six home-and-home series with five programs and that doesn't even include the home-and-home matchup with UCLA that was already on the books when Smart took over.

It's safe to say that down the road, Bulldog fans are going to get to see some new teams inside the friendly confines of Sanford Stadium and if they're willing to travel, they'll get to see some iconic venues. Smart has stated his reasoning for being so aggressive with the non-conference scheduling on multiple occasions.

The underlying purpose seems to center around potential expansion of the College Football Playoff to at least eight teams but Smart also likes scheduling those games fo recruiting momentum and offseason motivation for his team, especially when it comes to season openers.

Dawgs247 has gone all the way to 2033 to look at future non-conference schedules and below, we rank the 10 most exciting.
